These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Billed Abundance website, courses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Purchases & Access
Access to paid courses and bundles is granted on a per-product basis. Once purchased, a product unlocks the associated course content for your account. Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in the currency displayed. All sales are processed by our third-party payment provider.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, is described at the point of sale. Because the Services deliver digital educational content with immediate access, refunds may be limited. Contact us with any billing questions.
4. Affiliate Program
Members may participate in the affiliate program and earn commissions on qualifying referred purchases. Commissions are subject to review and may be held, adjusted, or reversed in the event of refunds, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. Self-referrals and fraudulent activity are prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials, and not to misuse the Services in any way that could harm Billed Abundance, other users, or third parties. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, branding, and materials are owned by Billed Abundance or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Results are not guaranteed; see our Earnings Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billed Abundance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
